Energy Performance Certificates for PV installs and EPC's for RHI applications.

An EPC of a D rating or above is required for those clients wishing to install Solar PV, to ensure they receive the full Feed In Tariff at the time of application.

An EPC of an E rating or above is required for all domestic rental properties.

Solar Thermal

They will require an EPC - with a min requirements 250mm loft insualtion and filled cavity walls where appropriate to successfully apply for the RHI.

Lesley Ann Simkins is  an award winning local, qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and a Green Deal Advisor and  can therefore complete the EPC  for use within  the Renewable Heat Incentive Payment [RHI]application.
